Multi-SIM
Inovar's Multi-SIM solution provides businesses and high value subscribers with flexible, centralized management options for multiple SIM devices, designed to reduce the headache of tracking multiple numbers and separate charges for multiple SIM devices. Multi-SIM allows mobile operators to offer consumers and/or businesses the ability to use multiple handsets, each with a different number, and yet display only one public identity to the called-party. Multi-SIM, in addition to providing data support for mobile phones, provides data support for multiple devices, each with their own MSISDN, and can group those devices under one primary subscriber MSISDN.
Up to mobile devices can be associated with one main or public number so that no matter which mobile phone or device the customer uses to originate the call, the receiving mobile phone will only see the customer's public number. Multi-SIM allows the customer the ability to designate a mobile phone as the primary for receiving incoming calls made to the public or main number easily using USSD commands and may be changed at any time by the customer.
Multi SIM subscribers can share voice and data across multiple devices, and can choose which numbers to charge for specific services. Each associated device can be allocated guaranteed balance and subscribers can create usage CAs for shared balances. Multi-SIM accounts may be made up of all postpay accounts, all prepay accounts, or a combination of both.
